How long to wait for Steinway authorization?

Just wondering how long it takes to receive the authorization email after you've registered and submitted the serial number. I installed Steinway and submitted the info yesterday - I guess I expected immediate reply as Amazon does in confirming an order. Should I wait longer or resubmit serial number?

I checked my isps spam area and didn't see anything from Garritan
