Hi,
I have been using Garritans personal orchestra KP2 with sibelius 4 for a while now.
I have a Keyboard connnected to my computer, when i load the GPO Steinway into KP2 i can play the instrument using my keyboard through Sibelius however there is a slight delay which makes playing the GPO Steinway fairly difficult. Also can i play the GPO Steinway and instruments directly from KP2?
Can anyone help with this?
Kind Regards,
Dan.

just to cover basic bases.. it's not the asio latency? I mean, the latency setting i kp2? Sorry if that's already been covered.

The current latency is 97ms, im using a Yamaha DGX-505 Keyboard could this be the problem? Because im not sure if i need a MIDI Keyboard or 'soundless keyboard' to use with my PC.

YES this IS the problem!
I currently have 6 msecs latency and feel it very slightly! 97 msecs is huge!
I don't know how to work inside Sibelius to fix latency, but it has to do with samples loaded in memore, your CPU and how much it can hold and the buffers... I wish you were using cubase, cause I could guide you through. Now with Sibelius you have to wait for another user to fix that!
