The examples and Firefox

For some reason, the examples don't play in Firefox, I have to use Internet Explorer to view them, though Flash player works on youtube in both browsers.

Works fine for me using Firefox. There are some plug-ons you can get for firefox that might help you.

Would having a limited user account be a problem? Or could it be that I have 64-bit XP?
