Yeah, I would talk to them. The fact that you are just exchanging versions of the same library makes it more likely they will work with you.

Okay - I sent them an email a couple of days ago and I\'ve tried calling them but they keep saying all of their reps are currently busy, so I left a couple of messages...one of these days I\'ll get through!

Just saw that the GIGA version of QLB is now for the same price that I got the AKAI version for at about a week and a half ago.
CRAP! If I would have known, I would have waited, so I could have taken advantage of the GIGA programming, and not have to deal with all that translating BS.
