I'm a Cake man. Since Sonar isn't quite a good match at this point, and since I don't like Cubase editing, is there anything that's dead easy to use with the Steinway and which edits velocity and tempo like Cake/Sonar?

What's the problem with Sonar? I'm using Sonar PE 7.02 and it works fine with GS. No problems here at all.

I use Sonar 6 and beta tested the Steinway with it. Never had any problems. I do have some latency issues with my soundcard but this affects other plugins. So I don't think it's Sonar that is the issue. Don't have Sonar 7 yet to see if it has any issues though.

what sorts of problem are you having? I ran into a small bug in the VST under a very specific circumstance, but David (Plogue) got that straightened out in a few days. Aside from that, I've had no problems whatsoever.

If you're having issues running it in Sonar, I'd just run the standalone and hook it up with midi yoke.

Truth is, I heard there were problems. So I didn't bother to try it.

Well now I've installed MidiYoke....and it works perfectly.
Whatever....
One hell of a piano, BTW.
