Is the Steinway shipping?

I ordered the standard Garritan Steinway online four or five days ago, but have not received any shipping notice. Is this product not actually shipping?

The professional and standard versions have been shipping for a few weeks now. Not sure about the basic version. I didn't get any type of email confirmation either, so that's normal. Hang in there, you'll have it soon and it's really great. I even love playing scales again.~|

Of course, I received the delivery of the GS Standard Edition today.
