Every so often we recognize those who take the time and effort to listen carefully, uplift, enlighten and inform. One member recently has stood out for his listening, his insightful comments and his encouraging words.

The award this time goes to Rolifer (Ron). )(~

Thank Ron for being a good listener :hp: and for being encouraging, courteous and helpful

The Listening Room continues to be the most active part of the forum with many of you not only sharing your music, but helping others progress with their music. The level of musicianship has improved in large part because of the encouragement and constructive comments of many. Musicians here are refining their skills and learning from one another.

Ron joins the ranks of other great listeners who were acknowledged on this forum including: DelCarry, Raymond62, Gary Bricault, KE Peace, qccowboy, germancomponist, JSP2, rpearl, Michael A. Wiktor, Fastlane, jaynkate01, LouisD and DDW.

Ron gets a free Steinway library for being such a good listener and embodying the helpful spirit of this forum.

We'll keep doing this from time to time. :)

Keep on Listening and you can be our next winner.

Happy listening,

Gary Garritan

Ron,

Congratulations on being a good and kind fellow. :) I know we've lost touch, but I have lots of excuses (as always! :D LOL). Here in the Garritan community you have been rewarded for doing what you do everywhere: Being someone who offers constantly!

I find that you, along with other people in this community (should) serve as an example. Not so much in this wonderful community, but all the other Internet ones... :-/

Either way enjoy your Steinway and come up with an even better wacky piano piece, which you know I'll love! ;)

Gary and the gang

As some of you know, I am a Senior at Bowie State University, studying Math. As a full time student, I am just rolling in money and get to buy whatever I want, whenever I want. I also love satire.

I was hoping to purchase the Steinway this summer, but bought a new Ferrarri instead. I am sure you guys know how that goes.

Since Gary introduced the Steinway, I have been increasingly jealous of those of you that had this great library.

I always look around at everything and ask the pros before I purchase anything. In all of the reaserch I have done on Pianos, I didn't find any at any price that could compare to Gary's newest addition.

I am doing my Student teaching this semester (5 days a week), so I can't even work, so I have been afraid that the Steinway would have had to wait even longer.

I want you all to know how much this means to me.

Thank you again Gary

and to all that have sent their congrats, I appreciate it as well.

Thanks all

Ron

Congrats to you Ron! You and the Steinway will look/sound great together. Now you can afford to gas up that Ferrari. :)
