Yes, yes, it's true! I finally figured out how to
do a MySpace page... rofl! (And they said it couldn't
be done...)

http://www.myspace.com/davidsosnowski

I know many of you have MySpace pages, too; and I've
managed to find a few of you; but I wanted to also
invite all the rest of my forum family to stop by and feel
welcome to add to the Friends list.

It just wouldn't feel like home without all of you!

All my best,

David

Very nice David!!

But when are you going to get your www.soundclick.com (http://www.soundclick.com) site up and running also?;)

Your Piano sonata #7 is playing in the background right now...:hp:

Great news David!

Best Regards,

Andrea.

David, very nice and congratulations!

I thought of a my space but opted to take your space instead. It's easier to leach on to others space and ride the waves. :p

However, your space is your space which is not to be confused with his or her space in turn is actually is no one's space and belongs to none except cyber space.

Very nice David ... very nice indeed!

David,

It took me quite awhile to get a MySpace page up with some of my prog music. Here's my page: http://www.myspace.com/haydnschlaydn

I sent you a friend's request.

Anybody know if this was run by a member (the same way as CJ who maintains the WIKI), or was the man himself in charge of this effort?

http://www.northernsounds.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-49854.html

It appears that it was run by Sean Hannifin and Wheat Williams.

Ooops, something must be wrong with the Url thingy:

"Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.myspace.com/davidsosnowski”. The error was: “bad server response” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1011) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message."

edit: well, it must be i'm missing something i need like flash or something, because Andrea's page is not coming up either. I'll go fix it and will be back.
Congrats David, on your new page!*()

Leaf, all that means is that the page the website sent to your computer wasn't set up correctly. It could have been missing part of its header (the part of the response that tells your computer about the server, the type of file you computer is recieving, and the status) or the content (or both). It's just a problem with MySpace's servers or the connection in between (some part of your requested information went missing in transfer).

Either way, it's not a problem with your computer. It's on MySpace's side or the internet's fault.

Thanks for that info Colton, i'll try it again later.

ahhh, well! One never knows... could happen. As soon
as I find 17 more hours in the day... rofl!

speaking of MySpace - it seems the Garritan Myspace page has been forgotten (probably because they thought it better to make a Steinway, and a choir, and an organ and other such ridiculous things :p)

Anybody know if this was run by a member (the same way as CJ who maintains the WIKI), or was the man himself in charge of this effort?

In any event, and I am by no means a myspace guru, but it'd be nice to update the page, what with ARIA out, and the Steinway, and the other exciting things taking place that we're not allowed to know about :D, and I'd be happy to get that page up to speed, maybe get some new member music up and the like.

Just a thought. :)

Jon

Gary keeps all his usernames and passwords in a used
mustard jar buried in the back yard...

Problem is, see, he had some septic system work done,
and --

Well, maybe if he guesses enough times he can get
back into his MySpace page.

Wow, David, that's GREAT!

Say, are you going to "ditch" your other website? We talked about this awhile ago, and you recommended this site to me.

BTW, Dan Kury's rendition of "Lucifer and Gandhi" is AWESOME! Even my WIFE liked it, and she's not used to such "modern" music. Great stuff!

Congratulations!

Ern :|: :)

Ditch my www.DavidSosnowski.com site? Why on earth would
I do that, Ern? I get quite a lot of traffic there -- far more than
I'll ever get on MySpace... I confess, you got me here, I have
no idea what you're talking about in this regard. But then, I have
trouble understanding the nightly news, too.

Dan did do a hell of a job on that, didn't he? Thanks for the good
word, my friend.

Best,

David

Congrats David, on your new page!*()

Beats me, David. I've heard Safari's highly over-rated,
though... lol.

Seems to work fine in my copy (on Windows), though,
if that tells you anything.

Thanks for the congrats, my friend.

I'm very pleased you got to listen to that, David. And
thank you for the kind comments!

The original Garritan post for it is here, by the way:

Welcome on the score, too, of course! That took me
quite a while to finish; just got that done very recently.
