Sibelius 5 and Garritan Library

i'm using Garritan library in Sibelius 5, but apparently Sibelius wouldn't let you to change the midi channel for each instrument. Is there any way to get around this?

Sometimes Sibelius can detect the right channel for the right instrument, but not all the time, so what do i do to make the instrument correpond with the midi channel on garritan?

Short answer is No - you can't assign MIDI channels manually in Sibelius 5.

If you're using GPO in Kontakt Player 2 you should select the Garritan Personal Orchestra Soundset in the Playback Devices menu and Sibelius will handle all loading and finding of sounds automatically.

If you're not using KP2 you'll have to load the sounds to the channel the Sibelius mixer assigns the corresponding staff.
