In another thread I read a post from Peter Alexander:

"I hear that GOS 2 will be available around NAMM time. This has always been one of my favorite libraries" ......

Is this true? *()

Just as long as it isn't imminent!

I dont think we'll get a definite release date until NAMM... I was never a user of GOS 1 (too young ;p ) but i have had wonderful things about it and would love to give its descendant a go...

mic placing? using Garritan spaces perhaps? Would love that to be released....

I think Gary is not stupid and he for sure knows how all the other libs on the market are sounding... .

Now, with his new player "Aria", I am sure that he did or is recording a nice and new string library. ;)

GOS 1 was a "must have" library!

I want make this very, very clear: GOS 2 has no established release date yet. Don't accept any information about Garritan releases from anyone except Gary himself. Rumors accomplish nothing but pointlessly raising expectations and creating possible disappointment if/when something does *not* happen as rumored. Rest assured, we will announce all future products when we are ready to do so - not a moment sooner.

Tom,

thank you for your clearing words!

Oops, I was telling what I read on another thread at NS where Peter Alexander told that he heared that GOS 2 will be available around NAMM time. ... .

But, I am sure, when not at NAMM, then soon later :-)
