No sound?

I am using GPO/JABB with Sibelius 4 right now, and when I play back the music, it is silent. Based on looking at the instruments in Kontakt Player 2, they simply aren't playing. Then, suddenly, everything comes in at the same spot every time I play it. I turned off Live Playback and it started working.

What is going on, and how can I fix it?

Do you have CC1 set to zero and then up at the point where the sound comes in ? Just a thought
