can anyone suggest sheet music for this piece I purchased the Boosy and hawkes arranged by Nicholas Hare its misses the mark not to mention Missed spelled Rachmaninoffs name Serge instead of Sergei

Do you mean 18th variation from Rapsodie on a theme of Paganini. I have a piano arrangement form Belwin Mills Music by Eichhorn or do you need full score.

just theme variation 18 when I watch Lugansky and others play this piece its no way near my sheet music (basic in the key of c)
