How Do I Cut and Paste Midi Controller Data in Cubase

For isntance, when I cut and paste notes in the piano roll editor, the sustain pedal data does not move with the notes. How can I solve this problem.

Two ways:
1) Use the MIDI instrument track: This has midi and instrument all on one track - for ex, a GPO sound. This will allow you to move it all (or so I'm led to believe)

2) What I do. Open List Edit, cut and paste there - everything goes. Although you need to know in advance what you want to move and to where. (note you can also filter out some data)
