Earlier today, I received a quote from Pete Leoni, regarding the acoustic archtop guitars on the \"Vintage Guitars and Tenor Banjos\" Giga CD.
Pete is a technical writer for several industry magazines, including \"Mix.\"
QUOTE:
Kip McGinnis, the wizard of Bardstown Audio has done a truly outstanding job
of capturing all of the detail and nuance of the acoustic archtop guitar.
It is not often that a sample set is able to approach this degree of
realism. In fact, I find the degree of expression possible great enough that
I often actually prefer it to a live player. That\'s something I have never
encountered in any other sample set, and something I never though I would be
saying. If Grady Martin were alive, I think he would love the sound of
these!
Pete Leoni, Producer, Engineer and Tech Writer.

Hello Francis,
The \"Peruvian Flutes and Pan Pipes\" will be ready in a few weeks. I will be finishing them up as soon as I release the \"Bosendorfer Imperial.\"
I am always game for sampling specialty instruments. If I ever encounter the opportunity to sample a fife, it will be a done deal. With the \"Peruvian Flutes and Pan Pipes,\" I was fortunate enough to have a native Peruvian gentleman in the studio three months ago, who is a very accomplished native flute and pan pipe musician.

Hey, lay of the java, Francis.
The vintage guitar is the best-sounding guitar library in my opinion!
Peace.

No demo of the \"Peruvian Flutes and Pan Pipes\" yet. I finished the demos of the \"Bosendorfer Imperial\" last weekend and they should be up on my site in the next day or so, as soon as my web master gets back from out of town.

My web master is currently uploading the MP3 demos for the \"Bosendorfer Imperial.\" There is an assortment of solo classical and solo jazz/blues selections.
This upload should be completed within the next couple of hours. At that time, I will also announce the price for the Bosendorfer Imperial.
