and

Barnes and Noble (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbninquiry.asp?ean=1935097229)

This is the book for which I wrote my symphonic poem.

The music can be found here on the forum at:

I am promoting, so if this is not allowed, I beg forgiveness and Gary can delet this.

Thanks for reading,
Best regards,
Bill

It certainly sounds ambitious from the precis!

I will order it next time I have some stuff to buy from Amazon.

Congratulations on getting it out there Bill

Congrats Wrayer! Barns and Noble does not give a synopsis (or anything) of the story, the way Amazon does, is this a mistake? Shouldn't they have something for a prospective customer to take peek inside? They don't even mention the genre.

Gary A. - Thank you so much, and thanks for the purchase.

Alan - I have been told by those that read the book that it is a good story. The editor even said, "I don't like science fiction books usually, but I loved this story."

Leaf - You are right about B & N, but since all that is up to my distributer, I don't have much say. I think B & N and Amazon are connected though.

reberclark - Thank you for your kind words.

Best regards,
Bill

Hi Bill,

You book looks very interesting! Would it be possible to release for Kindle publication on Amazon? I find that reading on my Kindle is much easier on my aging eyes and prefer it over print or computer screen.

Chris

I was not aware of a Kindle until you mentioned it. Since I am new to publication, I am unsure as to how I might proceed in that direction. I would assume (I know that is a dangerous word) that if enough requests for the book were made, Amazon would contact my distributor and work out a deal. Much of this is out of my hands.

Thanks for the comment and the question, I will look into it for you.

Best regards,

Bill

Thanks Bill,

I'm looking forward to it. If it doesn't work out I'll just buy a hard copy anyway.

The Kindle Ebook reader has been a great thing for my eyes and reading. The screen uses a different display technology that is much sharper and steady than even the best LCD monitor. The adjustable font size makes it even better than paper in some respects!

Chris

I believe that if I sell a pdf format file of my book, you can then send it directly to Amazon and they will convert it (cost?). You would have to buy directly from me. Since it would not be through my publisher, I am not sure of the legality. I have not heard back from my publisher yet. But will let you know what they say when they do contact me.

Thanks for your interest,

Bill
