Garritan Pro Discontinued?

Hi all

I have just received an e-mail from dv247 in the UK informing me that

"Garritan Steinway Concert Grand Pro Professional Version: Virtual Steinway Piano

Has become discontinued"

Can anybody shed any light on this? Is it just the retailer or is there a serious shortage?

Nope.. take it from me it's definitely not discontinued - in fact it's in very active development right now. The pro/standard sold out of copies of the first pressing a few months ago and before a large next pressing we wanted to make sure everyone was running with a well updated version compared to the first run... we've made a huge number of changes and improvements.. The next pressing will occur upon completion of v1.04, which will be sometime this month, hopefully before mid-month. I'm working hard to get it out asap. So I don't mislead anyone though, there's additional time that passes for installers and packaging and the pressing itself - I'd guess these things will add perhaps two or three weeks, but it's hard for me to be certain of that part of the time since I don't take part in most of those steps - they happen after the software is finished.
