Thanks, Dan, for giving us all a place to gather here at the Forum and say in unison:
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
I have no biological children, but like everyone else who has reached an age where fatherhood isn't part of the plan, daily I have the opportunity to be fathering. We're all fathers and mothers to everyone younger than us - SO Happy Universal Parenting Day to all of us!

To All Fathers (biological, pet, guardian, or counselor):
You have met the challenges of parenting whether it be as a
father, grandfather or great-grandfather so now,
RELAX and enjoy your day.

HAPPY FATHER'S Day and HAPPY GRANDFATHER'S DAY all.
I am a Grandfather-To-Be (September 20th). My daughter and husband took me to breakfast. The waitress wished me a happy father's day and to my son-in-law said Happy Father-To-Be Day!
It's been a Grand Day.
I wish the best for everyone!

Well, Not trying to put a damper on the day but today was not a very good one for me. My son is on his way to Disney World with his family and my car broke down on the entrance to the interstate hwy on my way home from church. Took me 3 hours to get Triple A to get it delivered to a dealer's garage, leave it, and take me home. They were helpful and cheerful and I am so glad I have their services in times like this but it didn't make for a very cheerful Father's Day. Maybe tomorrow will be better (when I find out why my car died.)
Anyway, here's hoping your Father's Day was a lot better than mine. :(

Happy belated Father's day to all you gents who sired a couple of little ones and increased the overall population. ;)
I had a great one spending time at home enjoying my kids and wife with a nice dinner and a movie.
