Finale chord analysis

Do of any of you use the chord analysis feature in Finale?
I tried it today with a piano/vocal score and boy it sure seems to overcomplicate things.

Sometimes it chooses - say Am7/C when there is no C in the bass.
Or something like - Bm7#5/G

Or this could just be my lack of remembering anything of music theory over 35 years ago. I want it to be accurate, but - know what I am saying?

Finale's chord analysis is very dependent on a correct key signature. Be sure it's entered correctly.

I've never liked Finale's chord analysis feature. As you've experienced, it plain doesn't work as soon as you leave triads with the root in the bass ;).
