Well, now, I am wondering if I am missing something, or if the woman carrying the picket sign reading "Harp Torture Victim" did not like her neighbors music practice sessions. When I finished my drop off at the Post Office, the woman and sign had vanished. Perhaps Gary Harpitan can enlighten me?
