Greetings,
I stumbled upon X-Keys, one of several products that provide several options for keyboards that are programmable. They could be useful for assigning macros to, etc. I'm not partial to using this kind of hardware, but I know alot of folks are so I thought I would post a link in case it would be helpful to someone.

Take a look and see if you see anything that would be useful!

I've used this game pad in the past, for a few simple and macro commands:

It's not too expensive, and useful for anyone who doesn't like to use the mouse, or search on their regular keyboard for commonly used commands. I even use it for Internet Explorer and other aps to more easily do repetitive tasks, like going forward and backward in files, cutting, copying and deleting, etc. to free up disk space.
