My copy of Logic Studio is in the mail and I was wondering if, since Garritan says you can use their instruments as audio unit plug ins, if I can use the Garritan instruments for finale in Logic, and if so, how I might do so.
Thanks!
No, the instruments are created with Finale in mind.

I'm not sure about Logic/Mac, but I use Garritan Instruments for Finale in Reaper on a PC with no problems. Well, actually there was a small trick to using the KP2 version that comes with Finale 2008 (it has to do with setting the library path correctly inside the Reaper instance of KP2), but the Aria version from Finale 2009 is plug-and-play with Reaper.
I would assume (hope) that Logic has the same capability ...
I was a bit too ambiguous. The Finale instruments are built with Finale expression settings in mind. Can you load them into Logic? Sure. Is it Logical to do so? Probably not. I'd use the standard instruments for that.

P.S. Sorry for the pun, I couldn't resist. :)
