Well, I am not sure what to make of it.

Some woodwinds are nice. Strings are very weak. Brass is OK. (piccolo trumpet is very nice)

I really do not understand
why every instrument starts at
middle C...even the violins.

Noise level on some patches not very professional.

Most articulations are cool but hard to use.

In short, I am very happy to not have paid full price. You know, I bought ECChoir. That should have told me something. Now, there is a great drink coaster.

Thanks for the info! Hmm, ECC\'s that bad? I rather liked the demo, especially when considering the other choir cd sets are $400-500....I guess you really can\'t get quality, even with sample cds, on the cheap. http://www.northernsounds.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/frown.gif

Sorry to detour this topic http://www.northernsounds.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/grin.gif, but francis, now that you\'ve had time to play with the AO set....What do you think of it, overall, esp. compared to Ult. Strings?

Cheers and pardon the interuption,
