For some time, various folks have asked me to explain the features in Altiverb.
Listed below are links for the videos, offered in Quicktime (MAC), and Windows (PC).

I recommend downloading the videos first, for smoother viewing.
To downolad to Windows PC, right click on the link and choose "save target as" or "Save As",
to download on Mac, "option click" the link.

Once downloaded, please view them in the order they are listed here.
If you prefer to download all of them, I have separate Mac and Windows zipped files below
for your convenience... or just click one at a time to stream instantly... well, almost instantly. :)

Enjoy!
Dan

Thank you very much Dan for doing this! I still remember well when you took the time to explain the Altiverb basics when I had purchased it, and it was a jump-start for me. Very much appreciated you are giving your knowledge to the community!

Since Altiverb doesn't come in 64 bits (yet) and will not run under Sonar 8 - 64 bits (according to email from Audio Ease), and I am NOT buying it because of this, I still went thru all video instructions. There are just great and indeed very instructive.

Nice work, Dan and much obliged.

The Altiverb tutorials are fantastic, Dan. After using this
super reverb for awhile, I was always a little dubious about
knowing whether I was employing it correctly. With your
tutorials, they have answered a lot of questions and I'm much
more confident about using Altiverb now than I was before.

Thank you for your awesome knowledge and the time you
expended to help all Forum members. You are one of the
most unselfish people I have ever known.

I decided to post this here since it directly relates to these Altiverb tutorials...

You can also download and watch the Quicktime movie from this link with significantly higher quality
video and sound... the download is 247 mb.

Thank you so much for these tutorials.

To date I've been using the reverbs built into the various sample players I use (Aria and Play) but the time has come for me to want to blend more across those libraries.

I guess Altiverb is the way to go. These tutorials will help me decide, I imagine.

Although at first glance it seems a little expensive for my pocket as a non-commercial user.

Kind regards,
SysExJohn.
