Yesterday evening I stopped all my work to watch the TV movie of Ray Charles' biography. I enjoyed it from the very first minute to the last. Really a great guy and a great movie too, just titled as: Ray.

And the music! Oh boy, wonderful.

By the way, glad you caught that film, Raymond. It's a very good film - major theatrical release in 2004 here in The States, so it's not at all a TV movie. Jamie Foxx made quite a good Ray Charles. Completely fabulous soundtrack of course.

Got to see him live back in 1990 at the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset, MA. The place has has a revolving stage, so every seat is great. What an incredible showman, loved to watch his dancing feet under the piano. Was truly one of the greats-
