I'd like to know how I can simulate the "espr." for strings articulation with GPO4?
Which parameter should I use to obtain the effect and what would be the curve?

It's an articulation to give expression in the execution of the note.

so what aspect of the midi data do you actually want that expression to affect?

loudness?
length of notes?
attack?

how do you want your program to react to an expression that says "espr."?

I'm asking this in the hopes that you will be able to answer your own question.

I know you use EWQLSO as well, and I saw they have an "Expressive" string patch. Is that what you refer to? If so, how does "Expressive" differ from straight string patches?
