Programs with a + indicate that they require another program or 2 to complete them. 4FHsusF+ requires 4FHsusM+ and 4FHsusP+ to give you all the velocity layers (in the complete QLB library). I didn\'t program the Prosamples stuff, so I am trying to find out what is going on. BUT, if you see a program that has the same name as another, but has a \"+\" at the end of the name, that means that they are the same program, except the \"+\" program only covers certain velocities. You should never combine these two programs.

I just bought the Prosamples QLB version.

You don\'t need chicken systems translator.

I had muffled sounds with the trombone and the french horn.

I used the editor and set the filter on both instruments (remember to select all regions first) to NO FILTER.

The conversion set a lowpass filter at 3, essentially cutting out 95% of the highs in the audio.

After modifying, it sounded great.

Akai samples have effects info included with them, thus the + in one version. I\'m not sure what effect that would have been, but the converter only converts the raw signal data to gig format.

Hope this helps.

Yes, it does. At the very least...I now know that I was not just hearing things. Thanks.

I would like to know that the real QLB sounds better than what is on PSQPB.

To be honest. I have heard sound fonts that have the same quality.

I\'m guessing its Prosamples. I have heard all of Nicks demos and they rock!!
