Does anyone know the secret to registering??

Why would a computer suddenly forget the registration codes you punched in a week ago?
I\'ve generally tried to be positive and uplifting to others in this forum but I\'m really angry that no one called me back from registration today and though I didn\'t worry about it too much at first because I knew I could register on line though I haven\'t done that yet. Always by phone. Well to Nemysys registration is not Netscape friendly. Yet they don\'t say what is. Should I go and download Opera or something? What works?
Netscape must be more exotic than I thought.

I\'ve got gigastudio. But I can\'t register it online because it requires cd2. And for some reason the registration program doesn\'t recognize the CD. Windows explorer does. What gives?

I had no problem registering online, except for one thing: When you install GigaStudio, DO NOT USE YOUR MIDDLE INITIAL!!!

NemeSys\' inferior website technology will record that middle initial as the first letter of your last name.
