Help with tweaking one sound

I have the Advanced Orchestra library. There is a certain string patch called, I believe, \"strings soft sustains\" I love this patch and always wished It had a little more attack. Is there anyway I can accomplish this with GSEDIT? And if so, could someone guide me through it?

If the slow attack is recorded into the sample, then tweaking the attack won\'t help. In that case you could try to combine it with another instrument that has the attack that you want and mix them.
