Gigastudio and polyphony steal problem

I received my GigaStudio.. went around and try a bunch of stuff.. Very cool stuff, but I encountered one major problem: polyphony steal is really bad, I hear clicks after voices are fully used. Has anyone experienced this problem?

I spoke too soon!! I guess my harddrive wasn\'t fast enough to handle that many polyphony. I switched to my new harddrive and everything is cool.

One other thing to keep in mind is the \'DMA\' check box on the harddrive properties page. This setting has been known to improve performance by 2x. Please see the \'Trouble Shooting\' section of the on-line manual or visit the FAQ for more details.
