How to map Pedals to Keyswitches in REAPER

Hi, I have a great digital piano, with 3 pedals. I want to use them for the keyswitches in the Harpsichord.
Does someone have an idea how to map them to keys?
The best would be:
Left Pedal - KS1
Middle Pedal - KS2
Left+Middle Pedal - KS3
etc.

I'm sure I would be able to write a REAPER plugin for this, but perhaps someone has already done that.

It is actually setting up a CC->Note mapping. I know there is already a CC->CC mapper, but I couldn't find CC->Note mapper.

I just realized it can be used to initiate drones on bagpipes while playing melody on the EWI USB, I just set Midi Omni as input and set up the note assignment for the pedals.
