How can I record ps3 gameplay without connecting to a computer?

Now before you get into the x360key (http://www.x360keymall.com/) jargon of explaining to me how to use a dazzle, I already know all that.
My computer is atleast 25m away wifirobin (http://www.wifirobinstore.com/) from the ps3, so a Dazzle is not an option.
I've been researching, and have come across the HDPVR recording device, and I was wondering if there is any way to use this device or any other to record bladeless fan (http://www.bladelessfanstore.com/) gameplay without connecting to a computer.
