I bought the gigasampler le upgrade but when I try to install it says insert 2 disk but I only got one, and when I try to open the gigasampler it says trial period is over and I need to enter a key but after I enter the key the send button still remains frozen.

The LE upgrade ships with the installation routine for the regular GS program, which leads to this annoying situation. What you have to do is choose a “Custom” install, and uncheck the 1 Gig piano in the list of components. That’s what’s on the second disk.
