Octave problem in Cubase, please help!

Hi everyone, here\'s the situation:

1. I have a simple gig instrument where regions C2-B2 are mapped out.

2. When I go into Cubase and add notes ranging C2-B2 I get no sound.

3. But if I add notes ranging from C1-B1 I do get sounds.


Why is this happening? http://www.northernsounds.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/frown.gif how can I fix this?

It may be a difference in the way Cubase and Gigastudio label the keyboard.
Roland and Yamaha are an octave apart in their nomanclature.
