How to synchronize cubase and gigastudio on 2 pc's?

what is the best setup for running cubase on one computer and gigastudio on another? I just ordered a Frontier Wavecenter PCI for this application, and i have a MOTU microexpress....how do i go about setting this all up?

Simple, via MIDI.

Get a Midi cable.
Insert it in the \"Cubase\'s PC\" MIDI OUT and in the \"Giga\'s PC\" MIDI IN.
Just like Hooking up a regular Synth (eg. JV2080).
