I have been reading the message board for almost a year, but this is my first post. Could someone please provide a list of abbreviations used for the various sound libraries? Although some are obvious, it can be quite confusing to read the messages if you do not know what the abbreviations mean.

I\'m jsut going by how it started. i was DDWW back when it released, I always liked DDSW better, but understand that it can get confusing.

Hi Richard, I recently made a request to the forum moderators for an explanation of terms here;

http://www.northernsounds.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=27;t=000028 (\"http://www.northernsounds.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=27;t=000028\")

Books, CD ROMS, websites, all have legends/help/keys/faqs, etc. I think it is reasonable to ask for the same here.

It is frustrating to be closely following a thread when someone suddenly says; \"no use LOP!\" images/icons/smile.gif

Regards, Scott.

I\'m glad to see that I\'m not the only person who has been confused. I think a glossary of terms would be most welcome. Alternatively, we could all take 2-3 extra seconds to actually write out product names in full.
