Help! Latency on Tech Support.... (only joking)

The latency on tech support is totally unacceptable on my machine! I think it\'s about 1 mth (month) time in delay....

Also, I think it might be a midi port problem? cause when I sent a help request I got no feedback. Nothing is heard. What do I do?
