    "Classical Hoedown"

    Music Lovers,

    Here is my "Classical Hoedown".

All of the strings are Garritan GPO. The synthesizers, which take turns playing the lead, are from the Soniksynth2 sample library.

    My best to everyone.

This is what "having fun with music" truly means, both for composer and listener.
Can't do without thinking of this tuxedo- suited moog soloist backed by a bunch of haughty string players.

That's a pretty good description of this work, Mister Fabio except that the synthesizer dude is wearing a clown suit. None of us will get out of this world alive so we should have fun while we can.

Thanks for your fun message. I enjoyed it.

    Hey Larry,

This was absolutely great ... I loved it. My God, there is so much well-constructed music in every piece you do. This one reminded me a little of the light-hearted compositions that Leroy Anderson was so good at.

I guess talent, experience, and a willingness to share DO account for something!

    Best regards,

    Frank

(What's happened to our teams, Larry? Tough going for both Texas and NY this year. I'm always optimistic though!)

Ours teams have been 'snake bit', Mister Frank.

A more important question is: What the hell happened to your hair?

    Thanks, my Yankee friend.

I think I lost my hair on your chin! No problem though, I'll just let my niece keep covering my head with her hands; nobody will notice!

    Snake-bit indeed!
