not orchestral but with strings (mp3)

Here´s som music I did together with my friend babusjka. Über lofi and made very fast but damn it was fun to make. Not orchestral music but some of it with orchestral elements:
http://www.tublenco.com/uber/01_gray.mp3
http://www.tublenco.com/uber/02_wrongwayout.mp3
http://www.tublenco.com/uber/03_walkinthepark.mp3
http://www.tublenco.com/uber/04_whoopee.mp3

What we did was that I made small snippets and then sent them to her as mp3 files as seperated tracks. She then wrote melody, lyrics and added vocals. Very lofi de luxe with mp3 and we´ll work with better quality next time. But for a demo this was the smoothest way since we live in different countries.

Stuff used: GOS, Xsample, LS Upright bass, DDWW, Sam Horns, Virus kb and alot of beats/rex etc...

Just a demo but I hope you like it...

Steve,

This is really great stuff. Makes me want to get up and dance! You two need to get into a studio somewhere and make a CD. I\'d certainly buy it.

<font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana, Arial\">LOL!! so thats why

Couldn´t agree more about her vocals. I love it. She did all the vocals in her livingroom using a ADK51. But now she has borrowed a Neumann TLM103 -lets hope it suits her voice. But Im sure her voice will sound great even if she used a crappy Soundblaster mic. And the step from mp3 files to wav will be a huge step for us
If I only could afford QLSO or Vienna..hmm...

Thanks for the kind words christianb, mschiff and Simon. Cheers...

Hey Steve,

Awesome stuff. That chick has a great voice and came up with some great collaborative ideas to lay onto your base tracks. Good luck with this. \"Whoopee\" is standing out to me right now.

btw: what is the best way to share songs? She lives in sweden and I in Denmark so we have to send files between us. Easiest way is mp3 files but we wanna use wav 24/44.1.
Winrar seems to compress the files pretty well but is there a better way?
