Today I suddenly remembered how great it was to create sample libraries for GigaSampler - at that time I had programmed Akai S3000 and EMU4 so it was a giant step. I didn\'t have to think about looping or number of samples used and then all the dimension stuff - yeah!
No I really look forward to v3.0. Yes, I know a few things (but I can\'t tell you!) and it will be a cool job to see what can be done with this future version...
It is one of the fun thing about being a developer - new possibilities...
Just had to say it...
I\'ve just finished working on a short film, only to realise that about 99% of what we did ended up being generated in Gigastudio.
I hope I never lose sight of what incredible creative freedom the guys from Nemesys have given me. If I had been doing this three years ago, it would have been a far more compromised effort, and taken maybe 50% longer.
I LOVE the fact that I can keep loading instruments almost as if I was skipping through synth patches. It\'s fabulous being able to virtually ignore ram constraints.
Gigastudio is to samplers is what Cubase was to my old MPC60.
