    November

Managed to get here to the Yucatan, nice and warm, but November, the misery of freezing-thawing, the cold wind and fog...
Of course there are pleasant times also happening, sitting in front of a nice fire, sipping on something nice....
Wish you all those, you who live close to Canada.....
I hope it is not too gloomy..

    Beautiful!

    Hi Ted.
I woke this morning at the notes of your lovely tune.
Now I'm sure that it will be a very good day, today.
Thank you for posting and Merry Christmas to you!

Ted! I found this to be a very nice listen. It brought to mind a sweeping panoramic view of a desert and mesas in the distance. Of course with a cloudless deep blue sky and a warm breeze sweeping across my body. I enjoyed your post. Thanks. Jay

    Re: November

A truly lovely autumnal elegy upon the leading edge of winter, Ted.
I especially appreciated the gentle grace of this... the thoughtful
and somber flow of it while, yet, it still offers shadows of hope.

Technically, I think I might have taken more advantage of the
dynamics -- the cyclic swells and lifts that the harmony so richly
    implies.

    Very well done.

    All my best,

Thanks a lot, Ted, for this brilliant meditative piece. It's really heart warming in these chilly winter days. Your low strings and the quiet harmony create a comforting lovely ambience. The flute adds some richness and lightness to the relaxing flow.

    Wonderful!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family!

    Re: November

TED, this was indeed warm and beautiful. I loved all of it! As a person who also lives in Canada! I luv the damn cold! I am so glad summer is over. I hated it so much... the heat... bah... I went out today in -30 for a walk to Safeway and back and I loved it. The cold brushing against my face. I also find that cold weather is better for my health problems, I can breathe easier in it. So, thank you for sharing this amazing piece. I really enjoyed this much.

    Regards,

    Richard

    Re: November

Thanks all of you who listened and even commented. It really makes my day. I think all of us creating music strive for the knowledge that some of our most private feelings are understood and shared with others.
    Thanks

    Thumbs up Re: November

No, it's not gloomy at all, it's evocative, and it tells the story... Ted you really are good at it, you make musical pictures.

    Greetings! FV
