"Waltz In C#" and "An Old-fashioned Waltz"

    Y'all All,

Here are a couple of my (elevator music) waltzes:

    "Waltz In C#"

    "An Old-fashioned Waltz"

The Garritan Authorized Steinway Model D piano is prominent in both works. The GPO flute is also featured in "...Old-fashioned...".

In the United Kingdom these works would be lift music, I suppose.

    Regards to everyone.

    Hello Larry!

I'm not sure what sort of elevator music you have in Texas, since the last time I was there was when I was an infant, but this is certainly better quality than what we have here in Indiana! I particularly enjoyed the up-"lifting" spirit of both of them. These are very playful pieces that help brighten the mood of this dreary, wintry day!

Wonderful writing all around, thanks for sharing!

While listening both of yours, and liking them, I have to conclude that somewhere in your ancestry there must be an Austrian or German person. I can almost hear yodeling on the old-fashioned waltz..
Very young, fresh and happy sounds, with typical Larry brilliance.
There you are, hope not getting to uppity on us now?

    Hi Waltzing Larry!

Nice piano writing, I loved the first... but your armonic treatment makes shine the old fashion as well!
