    Theme tune for my brother

    Greetings fellow forumites!

I have just finished my latest commission - this one is a theme tune for my brother, who is a children's entertainer back in the Old Country. Here's his website: http://www.aidanheritage.co.uk/

    Listen here: https://app.box.com/s/4jteeu4sa5uvjckacung

This 45 second cue plays when he says his first words to introduce the show. There will be a looped version for the audience exit as well.

    Instruments used:
GPO: Solo flute vib, SAM horn section, cymbals, trumpet solo
Dimension pro: Bass guitar, synth lead
    Cakewalk's basic synth: Drums
    KORE player: Guitar
    Sonatina Symphony Orchestra: Cymbal roll

    Best wishes to all.
    Owen

That's delightful, Englisher Person! I wish that it were longer in duration. Because you came to the USA, Jolly Old England's loss is Jolly Young America's gain. Are you still living in New Albany, Indiana?

Thank you for sharing your music with us.

    Best,

That is great, Owen! Perfect for your brother - Expertly done in every way - He's fortunate to have you lending musical support!

(And, by the way, it's fun to find out you actually don't look like Prince Charles )

This is a great theme tune. One can remember and sing along with it. Nothing complicated but still recognizable. It sticks all day long. And, Randy, what about Prince Charles. He looks exactly what he is (haha).

Larry! Thanks for your comment. I really appreciate how supportive you've been of me while I've been trying to learn the ropes. Actually, the length is exactly what he needs for his introductory blurb that he does. He wanted 45 seconds. Anyway, good to know that you wanted more!

I'm close to New Albany - I live about 20 minutes from there now in Jeffersonville. But my day job is still in New Albany.

Randy: I appreciate your comment. I can talk like Prince Charles, but I don't have the ears to be him!

Raymond: That's great, that it appears I achieved what I was trying to do. Your definition of what makes a good theme tune is spot on. (This melody sprung from the rhythm of my brother's name.) Oh, and don't worry about Randy - he's just referring to my old avatar which was a cartoon of Prince Charles. I changed it to my real face when someone commented that they like to see who they are talking to.

It is a cute little thing. I can see someone coming out to do his balloon act and stuff for kids entertainment. I liked it a lot. Thanks for posting. Jay

Thanks, Ted and Fabio! It's new for me to work with this kind of style with drums and all, so glad it's working!
