    Planet 3 Piano, very nice!!!!

Wanted to comment. This Piano is not heard of much, but to me the Demos sound extremely nice!!!!!

    Check out the Demo at:
    http://www.omniman.com/

I like the tone, and it sounds like it will fit well in a mix.

Anyone purchased this Piano Library? or have comments on it?

It seems like it could fit very well in a Jazz/new Age environment.

Please shed some light, its dark in here!

    Thanks for the comments Bruce

Anyone else, i tlistened to another Demo on the site, and could not hear any abnormalities.

This Piano, has much air around it, yet it has a great bright tone, yet subtle.

has anyone else bought it, or can give me some insights, Wow this Piano just sounds great.

    Yes, it is very impressive.

I also am looking for a good yamaha Grand.

For the price you cant beat it.

    Seriously considering it.

Very nice demo, also good for testing and piano comparisons. If someone\'s interested I think I\'ve found the original midi file, even though in Planet 3 Piano Demo.mp3 tempo has been increased from 95 to about 124. Pianist should be Ben Lewis, and the song is \"Skylark\".
    It can be downloaded at
    http://www.alisdair.com/arranger/midifiles.html
and in some other jazz midi sites.

Yes, very nice demo! Sparkling highs, but compared to the Steinway B it seems to have less warmth, especially in the mid range. I hear more of the hammer hits but less tone sustain (farther miking?).

Thanks for the midi-link Luca...definitely going to spend some time studying those voicings.

Thats exactly what I thought when listening to it. And this is whay I like less warmth in the mid range for my Cave Music. Wonderfull for some of my new age pieces.

I bought it, and will give more feedback on overall sound and feel of the Piano. Like Bruce says, its hard to tell from a Demo. That less warmth in the Mids could be just a different approach to EQ.

Other than that, I love the brightness, yet smoothness of it.

    Back to my Cave now!
