Vintaudio Giga Clean Electric Guitars Site update

Hi all, well it\'s been a while but our site www.vintaudio.com has now been updated with the Sound on Sound 4 star review( http://www.sospubs.co.uk/sos/may02/articles/giga_sample.htm ) and news about our upcoming Giga Upright Piano Collection (News section).
Also to note please be on the lookout for the Library review in Electronic Musician (I think it should be in the September issue).

For those who don\'t know Giga Clean Electric Guitars (Halion compatible),is a collection of 4 sampled guitars on 4 cd\'s. Each instrument is about 500 megs.
You have virtually the whole neck at your fingertips. First Keyswitch is low neck, press on a key and your playing on the mid neck and another your at the top of the neck.
Also you have a keyswitch for slides, one for hammer-ons and another for mutes.
The guitars sampled are a 1958 Fender Strat, a 1959 Gibson Les Paul (sampled twice once for each pick up) combine the two and you have the middle pick up position, and a gorgeous Godin Artisan. Come here the demos at www.vintaudio.com

Kindly

Ok... so i\'m thinking of making a \"Vol.2\" of the electric guitars collection and would like some input.

These would be already in : Fender Telecaster, Gibson ES-335. Now what about the third one ?

Hi Franky,

Rather then even more guitars, I\'m much more in the need of fretnoises and the like, these are imo really lacking in the current version.

Cheers, Robert

Your current guitars covers \"enough\" single tones, and leads. We now need chords, fret noise, etc. I feel like I\'m saying this over and over..

I hear ya guys, will take that into consideration, maybe offer less guitars in a \"Vol.2\" and offer strumming, guitar effects.

Hi Franky,
count me in for a Telecaster/ES335/plus strumming/fretnoises library !
2 guitars would be enough with all those articulations....
How about a 4 cd pack like the first one, something like that :
#1 : Tele single notes + fret noises + fx
#2 : Tele chords long/short/muted/up/down
#3 : ES 335 single notes + fret noises + fx
#4 : Es 335 chords long/short/muted/up/down
All that of course with several levels of velocity...
Must I start to spare some money for it, or is it just a dream ?

Ah Bruce.... your mind thinks dirty thoughts i like that

Sirbellog, not a dream but to be honest i have at least 2 other libraries that have to come out before i would do a \"Vol.2\".

I have some free time coming up in October, lets see how fast i can work, i\'m really excited about the Upright pianos, i know i know it\'s not going to sell thousands of copies but that\'s not why i do libraries, i do them because i want to and feel they\'ve been sometimes overlooked. I like them alot and it\'s something different.
