Definitely thank you, Michiel. I\'ve put some of their samples together downloading from their site, but this is a far better option.

    Hey thanks alot Michael!

I actually liked the bass trombone so much, I did a quick piece with it

It\'s featured as the solo instrument (in unis. with horns) in the beginning, and serves its rightful place as a bass instrument throughout the rest of the track.

    Thanks for the free samples!

Sounds really good Thomas_J. What others sample libraries did you use?

I have a long term plan, too feed TJ alot of Absinthe and Mandragora to slowly kill his brain cells and make him normal, like us!

    Re: FREE SOLO INSTRUMENTS

How can you hate Thomas. I was inspired by his piece and dashed off a quick comp of my own. I wouldn\'t say it\'s as GOOD as TJ\'s, but I think it\'s fairly inspired. And it only took me about three and a half hours to get it just right. Of course there are still a few things I could revisit, but I need to decompress for a while. I\'m a bit burned out by the melodic and harmonic structure of it. Maybe tomorrow with some fresh ears.

    Hope you guys like it.

if you are interested I can post a midi file for anyone who wants to take a look. I also have already printed out a score that can be e-mailed. PM me if you would like to know my mastering techniques
