    For anyone interested, here is my attempt at writing a very short classical piece inspired by Mozart:

    It sounds real, Mr. Salieri.

    Just to be annoying, I think the descending fr horn line (or, thinking about it, was it trbs? I think it\'s hns) you play the first time in the 13th bar should have its velocity lowered out of the buzzy range. Everything else is great.

    Thanks for the nice replies all! Glad you liked it [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] . I don\'t know much about classical but I thought the samples sounded very nice for this piece especially with the hall ambience.

    Hi Damon

    the library sounds very good and life like

    and you have done a good job rendering it

    you have captured the style of the period rather than Mozart

    the composition is like Mozart at about 15

    it really does lack true Mozartian qualities

    it would be interesting to hear one of his mature symphonies like K550 NO 40 in Gmin
