Question for SI Strings and GOS users

I currently use GOS and am intrigued by the SI strings demos sound quality. However, I\'m wondering why they both take up the same number of CD\'s? Unless I\'m missing something, GOS offers more articulations for each section than those that are listed on the SI site. And SI lacks \"slides\". So what does SI have that GOS doesn\'t as far as articulations go?

Re: Question for SI Strings and GOS users

Tim, SI has more velocity layers on quit a few of the articulations - 4 on most stuff. It has up + down bowings on the legato articulations too. Also the ranges are extended, and e.g. the basses go up very high in SI.
