A few of you asked to hear some of my own music. These tracks are all excerpts from a BBC series I worked on last year that\'s due to go out some time in april. It\'s called \'Peter Ackroyd\'s London\' and is based on the author\'s book \'London\' - I can best describe it as an idiosyncratic look at the city. These cues are performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra and it\'s important to point out that they all take their form from the picture - in other words, they\'re not completely self contained pieces. In places the Producers wanted a filmic sound, suggesting John Williams (see \'Spring-heeled Jack\'), but elsewhere they gave me a free rein. I wrote over 2 hours of music so it was hard to decide which to post . Hope you like them.
Here are some Midi Oldies. These were produced four years ago using a sample library mixture of what was around then and my own recorded samples. Oh and all on four Emu Samplers with a combined memory of 412 megs(!).
Victoria Falls (hats off to Ravel!)
