    Home - a short excerpt

    Hello,

this is an experiment I did, with just two instruments and a kind of soundtrack feel to it. It uses Vienna Concert Grand Piano and VSL Strings. It's a very gentle piece and unfolds slowly, but have a listen yourself and hammer away with the feedback

    Hi Brindle,

I agree with all the comments: a lovely, soothing piece to start a new summer day with. The composition breathes calmness and tranquility with such an ease.

Wonderful piano! Only, the overall sound is rather weak. Have you used a normalizer or limiter while rendering? It brings the volume up to the maximum level without disturbing the dynamic subtleties in your score.

    Thanks for sharing,

    Max
