After weeks of rumors, its official: Google has acquired mood and activity based streaming music service Songza. Neither side is releasing details of the deal. But originally, reports put the price tag at $15 million. Since then, several other rumored suitors likely pushed the final price higher. Google says it won't make any immediate changes to Songza. But overtime they will incorporate the startup's technology into Google Play Music and the soon to launch YouTube music streaming service.
